EARTH TONES
natural • warm • loving
Think of the colors you relate to any tint or shade commonly found in nature, including browns , greens, reds, yellows, oranges. Go bold with your choices or take a subdued approach, either way this color scheme always works.
PLEASE REMEMBER to take a look at the temperature and layer up if its looking cold so we can enjoy the photos and prevent anyone being too cold.
what to avoid
bold patterns
Choose small minimal patterns with smaller details and avoid large bolder stripes or strong plaids. We want cute fun patterns that add to the photos, not strong patterns that pull attention away from your faces.
Uncomfortable materials
Choose materials and outfits that you and your children are comfortable in. The last thing we want is constant fidgeting and tucking in and out and painful shoes. We want to focus on having fun and exploring.
over matching
We want to avoid too many of the same exact color and shade, or too much black. When using tight group poses, if we have same colors, the clothes will cause confusion about where one body begins compared to another.
